Antonio Donnazzio (aka "Tony Donuts") is an Italian mobster wannabe of limited intelligence. He is the main antagonist of the second half of Callahan's Lady. At the end of the book Lady Sally McGee modifies his mind somehow to cause him to physically miss anybody he is attempting violence towards.
